Assistant Facility Manager

Important foreign company needs a Technical Facilities Manager

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly technical maintenance activities.
 Reports to Admin Team for any major/minor issue/fault which affect daily operations
 Morning time has to be for facility round and maintenance; preparing snags and work for
rectification of snags.
 Supervises activities pertaining to all Maintenance and Engineering services.
 Coordinates with Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) service providers for regular as well as
break down maintenance activities as per the PPM calendar.
 Coordinates with In-house electrician, Site Technicians/supervisor.
 Updates PPM schedules and maintains PPM records for compliance purpose.
 Innovates, suggests and implements energy conservation ideas.
 Adherence to all safety guidelines/ requirements.
 Maintains all service records and test certificates. Analyses/ Recommends solutions on the
issues.
 Reviews all check lists/log sheets on a regular basis to ensure smooth operations.
 Liaison with building authorities.
 Responsible for Technical services audit.
 Review meetings with technical vendors.
 Supervises subcontractors i.e. SSGG and HK
 Responsible for guesthouse maintenance
 Access control and Manage Physical Security

Qualifications and Requirements

The candidate must hold a professional degree such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, or equivalent
degree, along with the following skill sets:
 Fluent English communication skills
 Prior experience in maintenance
