We offer a position as an Accountant Analyst in an international and trusted shipping company with Chilean roots. For the right candidate, it is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a unique workplace where continuous improvement is embedded in the culture.

You will join a team of dedicated professionals and you will be responsible for various tasks related to accounting, reconciliations and processing of invoices and credit card expenses through our digital tools.

The position is located at our large headoffice in Santiago, Chile.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES WILL INCLUIDE:

1.- Processing and following up on invoices and credit card expenses through our digital platform.

2.- Verifying and checking of payment proposals generated through our vendor module in SAP.

3.- Processing of manual payments, where this is still relevant, and participation in eliminating these by exploring how these can be transferred to our digital platform.

4.- Reconciliation of banks, including matching of bank transactions.

5.- Reconciliation of various financial accounts during the month-end closing.
