Today we are looking for a Domains Account Manager for a company specializing in global registration and protection of brands and domains at an international level, with more than 20 in Chile and presence in 180 countries.



Your main functions:

• Ensure the correct registration, transfers, renewal and/or DNS update of Domains, complying with the established times and procedures, providing precise and efficient service and support to clients.

• Participate in the improvement of the operations of the area and services offered to clients (projects).



Essential skills:

• Native English – advanced and Spanish

• Computer skills at an intermediate Excel user level



Desirable skills:

• Mastery of French, Portuguese, or others

• Experience in Customer Service/Attention is desirable



Experience: 0-2 years

Modality: Hybrid

Location: Las Condes

Studies: Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, International Relations or related field
